November 3rd ~ Freedom Of The Spirit
| Each Sunday, I
receive "The Infinite
Being" newsletter by Owen Waters. Yesterday I downloaded
his book, "Freedom
of the Spirit". In it, he explains the twelve steps
of the evolution of human consciousness. Spanning the ages, comprehension
of our small world to the vast universe has changed dramatically.
Owen says mankind currently stands at the 6th and final stage
of material consciousness, getting ready now to move into the
spiritual tier of conscious evolution. This second phase spans
our species' initial awakening through to a complete ascension.
The first step to experiencing this spiritual growth and realization
of our power is in developing a more heart-centered awareness.
This is facilitated through his simple meditation process, "FREEdom".
Opening our minds to a better understanding of universal energy
and intuition will then empower us to engage in the art of creatively
controlling our physical and metaphysical realities. |

I feel that there is a deep and profound wisdom in these words.
Put more simply; what we think about, we have the power to bring
about. When we see a future of exciting possibilities it helps
to shape those events. Every great accomplishment of humankind
started with an idea. I believe that as long as that idea is
believed in and focused on with determination and enthusiasm,
a way will be found! It's human nature and the Universal Law
of Attraction. |

| In the PBS documentary
film, "The Journey of Man", the origins of mankind
are put under the microscope. Here geneticists, historians, anthropologists
and other theorists trace the beginnings of the human race to
a single man who roamed the Earth in Africa some 60,000 years
ago. Genetic mapping of distinctive Y-chromosome markers indicate
a common ancestry of every person alive today! |

November 17th ~ New Views
| Recently, our "collective"
frame of mind has been on somewhat of a downward spiral. I think
part of the tension and fear is due to an intense focus and a
mirroring back of the negative things in life. With today's uncertainties,
tragedies and media overload, it's more important than ever to
slow down periodically, take a deep breath and express our gratitude
just for "being". Spiritual leaders encourage us to
envision the positive changes we desire instead of focusing on
fighting those we oppose. By dwelling on the negative, we are
actually empowering it! Try to connect to and radiate back the
beauty of life on Mother Earth in some way everyday! |

could catch a rainbow,

November 24th ~ Spirit Art Empowers
Today I'd like to share
a story about White Buffalo Woman,
women's empowerment and the Law of Attraction. |
If
I could catch a rainbow,
Today Mary Jane Ruszala writes; "I was having problems with
my windows fogging up and called the company. They came out,
inspected them and admitted that they were defective. Turns out
they all need to be replaced. They agreed to pay for the windows,
but not the installation. When I was talking to the rep who came
out, I found out he was part Cherokee. He told me about the defective
windows and said I should fight for the installation charges.
I showed him your White Buffalo Woman painting and said I would
use the spirit from the painting to help me in getting the installation
charges paid by Anderson. He told me; "I know you'll be
successful"! I spoke to three different people and got nowhere.
Today, lo and behold, just when I was about to give up and bite
the bullet, I talked to them again and did get them to pay for
the installation charges! They told me that I should know that
installation charges are not part of the warranty but they decided
to help me out! See why I needed that painting!!!!" |
